Covid Policy and Potential Delays

We are doing everything to ensure your packages arrive timely and safely. While the current events are uncertain, the majority of our services continue with the same expected delivery timeframes our customers have come to expect. At this time we are unable to guarantee your specific delivery date, although we remain committed to providing timely and reliable service. 

Typically shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. During holiday seasons and special sales events shipping may take up to an additional 5 to 10 business. For all orders, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. All orders placed on weekends or after our normal business hours may not be processed and shipped until the next business day. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm Mountain time.

Free Shipping 

We offer FREE Shipping on all US orders $35 or more (excluding taxes). FREE Shipping offer is only available for orders shipped in the Continental United States and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, oversized packages, and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands.  

We also offer FREE Shipping on all Canadian orders more than $75 USD (excluding taxes). 

Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to International destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your grooming products and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
